Meet Your New Jersey Independent Program Attorney: Evan Nappen
The front lines on the battle for gun rights are in New Jersey, and I aggressively fight them every day. I started out as just a gun enthusiast, enjoying my time shooting at the range. In college, I got my first book published on “handgun carry licenses” before I went to law school. Then, after I attended law school in New York, I was able to join a firm that focused on this newly emerging area called “firearm law.” I’ve been fortunate to have a career in firearm law as I watch the evolution of the field.
It’s an exciting time for the field, but New Jersey firearm law is different. The state of New Jersey has specifically determined that, when a citizen in New Jersey leaves their household, they are to be a victim, not a self-defender. New Jersey abuses law-abiding gun owners by creating firearm laws to trap and take away their gun rights.
There’s no firearm law in New Jersey that isn’t a felony level offense. Possession of a slingshot in New Jersey is a felony level offense. If you are convicted of one of these offenses, you lose your firearm rights within the entire United States. They will destroy a person, destroy their family, their career, take away their freedom, and make it so they lose their right to keep and bear arms throughout the entire United States. They will happily take an otherwise law-abiding citizen and destroy them in their zest for promoting an anti-gun agenda.
U.S. LawShield is here to protect folks from the abuses that exist in the New Jersey system. To find out more about this, visit uslawshield.com. Better yet, come and see me at a seminar. I’ll be happy to meet you, and you can hear the details about what you need to know to protect yourself from New Jersey’s firearm laws. When I can have a role in defending those good people, that’s a very rewarding thing, and that’s why I do what I do.
Hello Mr. Nappen, I was wondering if all the civil unrest, group’s like BLM and ANTIFA and not to mention there letting criminals out of jail without bail, would that be justifiable need enough for the tyrants in New Jersey for concealed carry? I’m just curious
